Broccoli Salad
Becca


4 stalks Broccoli, chopped fine (Use tops of stalks only)
1 lb. bacon
1 red onion
½ lb. grated Swiss cheese

Dressing:
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp vinegar
¼ cup sugar

Mix salad ingredients together. Mix dressing ingredients together. Pour over broccoli mixture ½ hour before serving.
