Chicken and Broccoli Salad
Diana

1 bunch fresh broccoli, washed, drained and broken into flowerets
½ cup chopped red onion
1 cup chopped celery
1 pound of bacon, fried crisp, drained and crumbled
½ cup hulled sunflower seeds
1 cup chopped carrots
1 cup chopped cooked chicken
Combine in a large mixing bowl.

Dressing:
¾ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup sugar
2 tbsp vinegar

Mix dressing ingredients thoroughly. Pour over salad ingredients and stir to blend. Serve chilled. Refrigerate leftovers.
