Quick and Easy Vegetable Beef Soup or
The Kitchen Sink Soup

1 large can of V-8 juice
1 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained
2 cans peas
2 cans green beans
2 cans corn
3-4 potatoes, diced
1-2 cups carrots
1 onion, chopped
Beef bouillon paste
Combine all ingredients including juice from canned vegetables. Add additional water if needed. Add beef bouillon to taste. Cook until potatoes and carrots are soft. Can be made in crock pot also.
