Swiss Bacon Quiche
Diana

3 eggs
¼ cup melted butter
¼ tsp salt
¾ cup biscuit mix
1 ½ cup milk
1 cup shredded swiss cheese
½ cup cooked and crumbled bacon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Stir all ingredients except cheese and bacon in bowl. Pour into pie pan. Sprinkle with cheese and bacon bits on top and push below the surface. Cook for 45 minutes.
