Chicken Salad
Diana
3 cups cooked chicken, cubed
2 cups pineapple chunks (20 oz. can)
½ cup chopped celery
½ cup chopped green onion
1 cup chopped nuts (we use cashews)
1 cup grapes (either red or green) sliced
Mix all together.
Dressing:
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
½ tsp curry
Mix well and add to other ingredients. Serve chilled.
